With Ever2Drop, you can view and handle notes and file in Evernote and files and folders in Dropbox side by side.
Ever2Drop has 2 windows, and they can be operated independently. You can browse through notebooks in Evernote and folders in Dropbox at the same time.

Simple Operation by Drag and Drop

Files and notes can be moved and copied by drag & drop.
You can copy over the services, and also inside each service. You can also copy and move files from and to the local folder of this APP, or copy photos in you iPhone to Evernote and Dropbox by drag & drop.

Preview Notes and many File Types

Just tap a file or a note, and preview will be displayed. You can view files in many format such as PDF, Microsoft Office files, images, audios, movies, and etc…

What you can do with Ever2Drop

Pick note-attached-files in Evernote and copy to Dropbox

If you want to pick a file such as photos and movies attached to notes in Evernote and copy it to Dropbox folder, display the list of files attached to the note in Ever2Drop. To copy it to Dropbox, choose Dropbox in the other window and open the destination folder in Dropbox. Now all you have to do is to drag the file you want to copy, and drop it in the Dropbox folder. The file will be copied to Dropbox.

Pick files in Dropbox and copy to Evernote

If you want to copy files in Dropbox to Evernote, that can be done with Dropbox too.
Open Dropbox in one window, and open Evernote in the other window. If you drag and drop files from Dropbox folder to a note Evernote, the files will be attached to the note. If the files were dropped on a notebook, a new note will be created, and the files will be attached to the new note.

Pick photos in you iPhone, and copy them to Evernote and Dropbox

You can choose photos in your iPhone by browsing thumbnails, and upload them to Dropbox or Evernote. What you have to do is to open iPhone Photo in one window, and open the destination service in the other window; Pick photos, and drag & drop!
If you want to share your photo by twitter or email, you can long-press on the photo and choose Twitter or Mail in the context menu. You can also open it in other APPs in your iPhone through OpenIn.

How to Use

Window Layout

Ever2Drop has 2 windows. Each window can be operated separately, and their contents can be the same or different. Also, you can choose to hide one window.
By displaying different services or folders, you can move or copy files and notes between them by drag and drop.

1.Service Switch Button

4. List Displaying Area

List of notebooks, notes, and files and folders are displayed according to services and folders selected.
Evernote

Notebooks

Names of all notebooks in Evernote are listed.
Number of notes in the notebook is shown below each notebook.

Notes

Titles of notes in a notebook are listed.
Time last edited and the first part of the note are also displayed.
If the note has attached files, image of clip is also displayed.
By tapping the clip, list of files attached to the note is displayed.

Attached files

Names of the files attached are displayed.
Icons for file formats are displayed.

Dropbox

Names of the files and folders are displayed.
Thumbnails for image files and icons for other file formats are displayed.
Size and the time last edited are displayed below each name.

Photos

Albums

Thumbnails of photos in iPhone Photos.app are listed.

Photos

Thumbnails of photos in iPhone Photos.app are listed.

5. Layout Change Button (to 2 Windows)

Changes window layout to 2-window.
You can grab and move the bar between windows, and change size of each windows.

6. Layout Change Button (to 1 Window)

Changes window layout to 1-window.
With 1-window layout, you can see more files and folders in the displayed folder.
Drag and drop inside the window can copy the selected files and folders.

Handling Notes and Files

Move and Copy

Moving or copying note and files can be done by tapping on the knob (square with three lines) on the right edge of file name, then drag and drop to destination .

Selecting Multiple Items

You can select an item (a note, a file or a folder) by tapping on the knob (square with three lines).
And by tapping on knobs one by one, you can select multiple items. By dragging knob of one of the selected items, you can move or copy them at once. Or, if you long press on the name one of items, a popup menu to handle the selected items will be displayed.

Long Press Menu

When you long press on name or title of notes, notebooks or files, context menu will popup.
Evernote

Notebook
RenameRename the selected notebook.

Note

Note settingYou can edit title and tags of the note.
Evernote TrashMoves the note to Trash in Evernote.

Attached File

RenameRename the selected file.
MailCreate a new mail, and attach the selected file.

Preview

Tap a file/note to preview in different window.

You can preview in horizontal orientation, and in full screen.

Other Features

Settings

You can change font size of text, switch on/off to show confirmation popup for when deleting and overwriting files.
You can also switch on/off to show help when you shake your iPhone.
You can login to and logout from Evernote and Dropbox.
To change account to link, unlink old account and then link with new account.
These are settings for Evernote.
  • You can set the cache size for Evernote.
  • You can choose to sync with Evernote only with WiFi connection, or regardless of the connection. The automatic synchronization runs every 30 minutes.

Compress and decompress

Files in AppLocal can be compressed and decompressed in ZIP format.
Supports compressing multiple files.
